Ensure all transportation operations run with control, traceability, efficiency, and continuous optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring pickups are executed correctly (in the system and physically), monitoring driver performance in the field, and optimizing routes to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve operational time. Your role is to transform operations into logistics intelligence. **Key Responsibilities** * Verification of completed pickups (systemic and physical validation) * Verification of minimum execution requirements (documentation, records, compliance) * Field monitoring of drivers * Operational support * Control of departures and arrivals * Route monitoring * Adherence to scheduled itineraries * Route optimization aimed at reducing unproductive time, maximizing mileage utilization, lowering operational costs, and strategically organizing schedules * Intelligent mapping of stops for traveling drivers * Monitoring and assignment of dumpsters to partners * Control of waste flow within the warehouse * Monitoring of disposal needs and material movement * Constant interface with operations, logistics, and partners **Required Technical Competencies** * Experience with operational/logistics routines * Good familiarity with ERP systems * Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis and reporting) * Analytical capability for route optimization * Process organization and control * Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation **Desirable Competencies** * Experience with fleet tracking and monitoring * Experience in logistics planning * Knowledge of route planning tools * Basic understanding of environmental and transportation regulations * Experience with yard control or dumpster management * Experience with operational KPIs **Education** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **What We Expect From You** * Extremely detail-oriented profile * Agility without sacrificing attention to detail * Sharp logical reasoning * Quick learning ability * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Ability to hold others accountable with balance * Strategic vision to propose operational improvements * We need someone who can monitor, enforce, and adjust routes when necessary—always focused on efficiency.
