This professional analyzes training needs, develops instructional materials, coordinates logistics for training events, and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented actions. Additionally, supports onboarding of new employees and contributes to aligning development initiatives with the company's strategic objectives, fostering a continuous learning environment. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Experience in training and development; Willingness to travel occasionally (once per year) Benefits: Meal allowance of BRL 37.50 per workday, Health and Dental Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — 100% in-person.
