Identify and implement productivity improvements and cost reductions **Brief Description:** Responsible for supervising boiler shop department activities, accountable for product quality, delivery deadlines, input control, equipment, and personnel training, in accordance with the schedule and timelines pre-established by Management. **Main Responsibilities:** * + Supervise boiler shop activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines. + Monitor production progress according to industrial planning. + Track production indicators, overtime hours, absenteeism, and team performance. + Ensure correct interpretation of technical documentation and work orders. + Guide and support the team in resolving non-conformities and production issues. + Control traceability of parts and production processes. + Collaborate with PCP, Maintenance, and Quality departments to ensure operational continuity. + Develop and train the team, promoting operational discipline and a results-oriented culture. + Identify and implement productivity improvements and cost reductions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Production Management. * Postgraduate degree in Processes, Projects, or Industrial Fields is desirable. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in an industrial environment, supervising teams in boiler shop or industrial manufacturing. * Experience in production management and monitoring of operational indicators. * Experience in reading and interpreting drawings or technical documentation, and implementing best production practices. * Ability to lead operational teams with a focus on results and quality. * Experience in industrial environments with production targets. **Bonus Qualification:** Experience in high-volume industrial environments with a continuous improvement culture. **What We Expect from This Professional:** * Strong experience in production management within industrial boiler shops * Ability to lead operational teams and develop people * Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings * Experience in industrial environments focused on quality, safety, and productivity
