Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work as a Senior Logistics Analyst, responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing logistics operations, as well as driving continuous improvement and automation. This extensive reach enables us to deliver high-quality logistics services across the entire national territory, connecting people, businesses, and markets. ### **WHAT WE SEEK?** We are looking for a professional to serve as a Senior Logistics Analyst at our unit located in Matozinhos\- MG. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * + Plan and monitor transportation, warehousing, and distribution logistics operations; + Monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, freight cost, service level, and productivity; + Conduct inventory analysis and support inventory control; + Schedule and monitor load and delivery routing; + Negotiate with and oversee logistics carriers and suppliers; + Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement; + Prepare management reports and performance presentations; + Manage inbound and outbound goods flow; + Ensure adherence to deadlines and operational SLAs; + Support logistics audits and compliance processes; + Utilize ERP, WMS, and TMS systems for operational management; + Participate in continuous improvement and logistics automation projects; + Monitor performance indicators and propose action plans; Provide technical support to junior analysts and operational teams. + ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Education: + Administration; + Logistics; + Production Engineering; + International Trade; + Related fields. * Skills + Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; + Supply Chain knowledge; + Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Oracle, etc.); + Knowledge of WMS/TMS; + Understanding of logistics costs and inventory management; Analytical capability and data interpretation skills. + ### **POSITION DETAILS:** Salary Employment Type: Permanent (CLT) * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Benefits:** Meal allowance (Caju Card) Transportation allowance (Caju Card) Health insurance (Unimed) **Interested in this opportunity!?
