Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT \#SOMOSVIBRA** **Responsibilities and duties*** Implement and update quality programs together with the Coordinator, conducting their annual periodic review and/or whenever necessary to ensure they remain current; * Train teams on quality programs, periodically analyzing the action plan related to their NCs and working together with the Production team and Quality Coordinator to ensure activities are completed on time and in compliance with established requirements and current legislation; * Manage official audit information through an action plan, collaborating with Plant Managers and the Quality Coordinator to verify deadline compliance and effectiveness of corrective actions; * Manage the RNC index, working alongside Plant Managers, communicating major NCs, and verifying proposed actions from departments to ensure all agreed actions are fully implemented; * Manage customer complaints by presenting indices, investigating root causes, developing action plans with the Plant to resolve issues, and responding to RNCs in SAP to ensure proper complaint control and robust problem resolution; * Classify suppliers by analyzing NC rates for raw materials, inputs, and packaging, collaborating with suppliers, Fomento, and Procurement to ensure product quality; * Ensure process control by managing results and reporting key issues to the Quality Supervisor and Leader, aiming to identify chronic or critical problems so appropriate actions can be taken by relevant departments; * Manage laboratory tests by analyzing and reporting lab results to the Quality and Production Supervisors to understand major deviations in lab analyses and enable targeted corrective actions; * Conduct internal quality training sessions, including onboarding training for new employees, to communicate essential quality department information; * Maintain the QM module – Slaughterhouse in the SAP system under the guidance of the Quality Coordinator to keep data up to date; * Perform area activities supporting the company, fulfilling responsibilities ethically, legally, and lawfully, while committing to continuous improvement in safety culture, food quality, and environmental respect. **Requirements and qualifications** **REQUIRED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency. **DESIRED:** * SAP knowledge; * Familiarity with quality tools; * Experience in document control; * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); * HACCP / APPCC.
