Job Description You will be responsible for operating mineral processing facilities, covering grinding, desliming, flotation, magnetic concentration, and thickening stages. Experience with equipment: Ball mill and vertical mill, screens, hydrocyclones, tank cells, flotation columns, magnetic concentrators, thickeners, slurry and water pumps, slurry agitator tanks, belt conveyors, etc. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate iron ore processing facilities to achieve optimal equipment performance while ensuring safety, productivity, and product quality; * Ensure proper equipment operation without leaks, with active safeguards or any other aspect that could pose risks to personnel or equipment integrity; * Actively participate in area organization and cleaning, as well as equipment and circuit handovers for corrective and scheduled maintenance; * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs, always seeking best operational practices with a focus on safety, productivity, and product quality.
