Attention to detail and proactivity * Manufacturing custom sheet metal cutting and bending parts; * Maintaining workplace organization; * Knowledge of materials (types of sheets, thicknesses); * Proficiency in cutting and bending machines (guillotine shear, press brake); * Basic metrology knowledge (tape measure, caliper, square, protractor) **Desirable:** * Ability to work under variable demand; * Attention to detail; * Proactivity; * Safety awareness when operating machines and handling sheets; * Concentration and discipline during operations; * Good communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and symbols); * Driver's license category B; * Flexible working hours.
