Inventory and Control Analyst

Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and optimizing inventory of production materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy of records and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory and stock management for production materials and finished goods 2. Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling accounting records 3. Monitoring product expiration dates and overseeing material disposal Control Bombril's production material inventory and that of subcontracted companies through weekly reports on movements and balances of finished goods inventory. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY** * Investigate and reconcile discrepancies by verifying data in the Goods Receipt Report (REM); * Enter daily inventory receipts and issues using a reporting system for production tracking and control; * Perform physical inventory counts following defined control procedures to align accounting records with the actual physical stock of finished goods; * Execute third-party inventory exchange operations, as well as industrialization and warehousing operations; * Issue documents and reports for returning finished goods to suppliers when rejected by quality control, and process corresponding inventory write-offs; * Monitor material inclusion and removal dates, and adjust in the system which items should be sold; * Oversee disposal of obsolete materials by preparing required documentation and submitting it to the immediate supervisor for approval; * Generate consumption reports, reports on recovered and scrapped products, expense reports, and others by compiling, consolidating, and analyzing information according to predefined standards; * Record production in the system, as well as record (write off) inventory of consumables used in manufacturing areas; * Monitor product shelf life and issue related reports; * Track pallet receipts and issuances; * Arrange loading for inter-plant transfer shipments and manage their respective controls; * Collaborate proactively and amicably with Logistics Operators to deliver sustainable results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **THE BRILLIANCE WE SEEK** Required: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Management Processes; * Inventory management and units of measurement; * Triangular transactions; * Planning and execution skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. **TO ENHANCE THIS BRILLIANCE** Desirable: * Integrated systems relevant to the field.
