




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30, with break; Saturday from 07:30 to 11:30 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured – CLT labor code Responsible for managing procurement processes related to the company’s fleet. Ensures adequate supply, cost control, and quality of inputs, guaranteeing operational availability and efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage the fleet procurement process. * Conduct quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and analyze commercial proposals. * Support inventory control of parts and supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels and preventing shortages. * Assist in managing contracts and partnerships with strategic suppliers. * Monitor fleet performance indicators (costs, consumption, availability). * Prepare administrative and financial reports related to procurement and maintenance. * Track service orders and support the maintenance department in scheduling repairs. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety regulations. * Issue purchase orders on time. * Guide and manage suppliers to comply with Pactus policies and standards. * Supplier registration. * Control costs and seek cost-effective solutions. **Requirements:*** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Logistics, Administration, or related fields). * Prior experience in the field is mandatory. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
