The **E-Commerce Supervisor** will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of e-commerce logistics processes—from order receipt through final delivery to the customer—including administrative control of operations, logistics flow management, deadline tracking, and support for customer service, shipping, and carrier teams. Strategically manage integration between online sales systems and logistics processes to ensure agility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise e-commerce order flow, ensuring correct integration with inventory and logistics systems. * Monitor order shipping and invoicing, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and data accuracy. * Track carrier performance and resolve delivery-related incidents. * Coordinate reverse logistics processes (exchanges, returns, and refunds), aligned with company policies. * Supervise and validate order checking, packaging, and shipping processes for e-commerce orders. * Generate and analyze logistics reports (e.g., delivery SLA, return rate, lost shipments). * Support the customer service team in handling orders with logistics issues. * Interface with inventory, carrier, IT, and customer service departments to ensure operational fluency. * Suggest improvements to e-commerce logistics and operational workflows. * Monitor the performance of teams involved in digital channel logistics and administrative routines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms and ERP/WMS systems. * Proficiency in Excel and logistics control tools. * Preferred qualifications: Courses or certifications in Logistics, E-Commerce Management, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
