Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize strategies Job Objective: A professional responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, executing strategic outreach to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. * Main Responsibilities: Conduct active prospecting of new customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Map decision-makers and understand customer pain points and needs. Qualify leads according to the ideal customer profile (ICP). Schedule meetings for the sales team (account executives). Keep the CRM updated with lead information and status. Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize customer acquisition strategies. Requirements: Requirements: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields; Prior experience in prospecting, inside sales, or commercial customer service; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station). Advantages: Experience in Inside Sales or outbound activities; Knowledge of prospecting methodologies (SPIN Selling, GPCT, BANT).
