Job Summary: Coordinate the team, manage store operations, ensure service and product quality, and maintain organization and communication with management. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and coordination of customer service and sales teams. 2. Full management of store operations and inventory control. 3. Focus on customer satisfaction and product quality. · Support the commercial and distribution areas by coordinating all cashier and customer service staff. · Handle customer complaints with appropriate problem resolution. · Maintain a well-coordinated team with discipline to achieve excellence in service. · Apply appropriate disciplinary measures to ensure compliance with company-established standards. · Open or close the store punctually, checking for any abnormalities occurring in the surrounding area. · Verify product quality for consumer sale, observing the quality standard required by the company. · Be responsible for keeping the store clean and organized at all times. · Control and replenish inventory; always verify warehouse organization. · Receive goods according to purchase orders and invoices. · Assist the cashier during cash closing. · Organize the workspace for the next manager. · Keep management duly informed about relevant market developments; · Operate department equipment properly, adhering to equipment guidelines; · Keep the workplace clean and organized; · Inform management of any other situations requiring appropriate action; · Perform other tasks as directed by management within the scope of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
