Job Summary: Responsible for customer service at the cash register and via WhatsApp, product registration, payment collection, and order organization, ensuring a positive customer experience. Assistance in organizing and cleaning the cash register and service area **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person customer service at the cash register, including product registration and payment collection (cash, card, PIX, etc.); * Issue invoices and ensure accurate verification of amounts; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the cash register and service area; * Deliver courteous, efficient, and high-quality service to in-person customers; * Respond to and assist customers via WhatsApp, including preparing quotations, recording orders, and clarifying inquiries; * Forward orders to the production team and monitor status when necessary; * Assist in organizing orders for pickup or delivery; * Contribute to an excellent customer experience across all service channels.
