Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for store security, preventing thefts, monitoring areas, controlling entry and exit, protecting merchandise, and supporting cashiers. Key Highlights: 1. Store security prevention and monitoring 2. Control of goods entry and exit 3. Operational support and incident reporting 1\. Theft Prevention * Observe customer behavior inside the store. * Identify suspicious actions. * Prevent thefts or fraud attempts. 2\. Store Monitoring * Monitor store areas in person or via cameras. * Inspect aisles, fitting rooms, checkout counters, and exits. 3\. Entry and Exit Control * Verify merchandise entering and leaving the store. * Assist with bag or shopping bag inspections when permitted by the company. 4\. Merchandise Protection * Check whether products have security tags. * Report damaged or tampered products. 5\. Cashier Support * Monitor possible label swapping or payment fraud. * Ensure purchases are correctly registered. 6\. Incident Reporting * Record and report any incidents (thefts, fights, accidents). * Complete reports for management. 7\. Customer Service and Guidance * Guide customers when necessary. * Help maintain organization and safety in the environment. Salary: R$1\.742,07 \+ R$300,00 attendance bonus.
