If you feel fulfilled by receiving daily smiles and performing work that transforms lives, this opportunity is for you! **About the department:** Responsible for ensuring execution of nursing processes in compliance with established standards and requirements for patient safety and optimal care experience. **Key responsibilities:** * Perform tasks exclusive to Nurses; * Ensure daily and monthly tasks are completed according to the scheduled roster; * Develop activity schedules; * Supervise the Nursing team; * Monitor performance indicators and support Coordination in developing action plans; * Ensure appropriate organization and utilization of available resources; * Assist in organizing departments where the Nursing team operates to prepare for internal and external audits; * Oversee unscheduled inspections in the absence of the Coordinator; * Participate in Nursing Process meetings; * Control and execute sector-specific psychotropic drug processes (receipt, storage, return, and coordination with the Pharmacist); * Provide technical guidance and intervention during medical emergencies. **We seek candidates who demonstrate:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, registered with COREN MG; * Experience as a Nurse, including laboratory specimen collection and/or work in closed units; * Experience providing care to patients with medium-to-high complexity conditions.
