Job Summary: BRT Lounges is seeking a communicative, courteous, and organized Bilingual Receptionist to work in our VIP Lounge, focusing on public service in a sophisticated and dynamic environment. Coordination with teams and organization of customer flow BRT Lounges is looking for a **Bilingual Receptionist** to work in our VIP Lounge at **Confins Airport**, in **MG**. We seek a communicative, courteous, organized individual who enjoys delivering public service in a sophisticated and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: * Greet passengers and VIP lounge customers * Perform access check-in according to the rules of each program and airline * Provide information about lounge and airport services * In-person, telephone, and email support * Assist in organizing reception and customer flow * Coordinate with the lounge's operational team * Provide service in Portuguese and English Requirements: * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus) * Intermediate or advanced English \- **Mandatory** * Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, tourism, or aviation is a plus * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and courtesy * Availability to work on a 6-day-on/1-day-off rotating schedule Working Hours: Schedule: 12-hour shifts every 36 hours, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Salary and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 2\.850,00 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal allowance: (R$ 35.00 per working day) * Dental plan * Life insurance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Starting at R$2\.850,00 per month Work Location: On-site
