Everyone is very welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Define training content, develop instructional materials, and prepare the pedagogical logistics required for training distribution network electricians for medium- and low-voltage systems; * Deliver Basic Training and Refresher Courses for Electricians working on Low- and Medium-Voltage Electrical Systems; * Monitor electricians’ performance during training to ensure knowledge absorption; * Supervise and evaluate electricians’ development during hands-on activities and/or simulated tests; * Develop, administer, and analyze assessment results to certify electricians; * Ensure accurate recordkeeping of all activities performed, as well as transparency and integrity throughout the entire qualification/training process; * Conduct training needs assessments (e.g., materials, equipment, tools, presentation updates, organization of the practical training yard — structures, equipment, and networks, etc.); * Deliver in-person training to teams of electricians and technicians (introduction of new techniques and equipment); * Deliver in-person training to teams of electricians and technicians (training and/or refresher courses). **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology; * National Driver’s License, Category B; * Experience as an electrician; * Experience with live-line work; * Safety Policy; * Regulatory Norms; * Code of Ethics; * Distribution Network Standards and Procedures.
