Join us!** This professional will be responsible for the technical development of ASK’s projects, including design, review, and validation of components and subassemblies used in global automotive audio and connectivity solutions. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and international teams, contributing to ASK’s continued delivery of innovative, competitive products aligned with global OEM standards. **Responsibilities and Tasks** ----------------------------------------- * Design and review components, subassemblies, and products using specialized modeling software. * Actively participate in FMEA analyses to identify risks, improvements, and enhance project robustness. * Collaborate with internal departments to assess interferences, assembly feasibility, production viability, and cost competitiveness. * Monitor tooling development to ensure technical feasibility, adherence to timelines, and compliance with ASK and OEM customer requirements. * Work based on customer technical specifications, applicable standards, product mathematical models, and production requirements. * Support global engineering initiatives by aligning documents, standards, and deliverables with ASK’s international guidelines. * Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and to the technical excellence of products supplied to domestic and international OEMs. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency, with frequent interaction with international teams. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, strong technical interpretation, problem-solving autonomy, resilience, and organizational skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in **CATIA, NX, and Inventor** (2D and 3D). * Knowledge of **3D printing**. * Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with **APQP and PPAP methodologies**. **Work Location** --------------------- Sete Lagoas/MG **What We Offer** -------------------- * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Total Pass * On-site cafeteria * Transportation * Life insurance * Shopping vouchers * **Profit-sharing program (PLR)** * Bonus: **Opportunity for international experience**, due to strong interface with ASK’s global units.
