Our commercial and project teams consist of highly qualified and trained professionals, committed to delivering differentiated service tailored to your business profile. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Perform routine conservation, maintenance, and general cleaning tasks for yards, gardens, roads, internal and external areas, assets, and real estate properties, meeting conservation, maintenance, and cleaning requirements; * Collect waste bags from containers; * Keep restrooms clean and suitable for proper personal hygiene; * Store, conserve, maintain hygiene, and clean equipment and other materials used; * Report low stock levels of used products to supervision; * Use PPE exclusively for their intended purpose, assuming responsibility for their cleaning, storage, and conservation; * Perform other tasks as required or at the discretion of supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience in cleaning and conservation of commercial buildings and executive-level support will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the company with no payroll deduction. * Partnerships with SESI Betim Club, universities, pharmacies, and language schools. * Unimed Nacional health and dental insurance (co-payment plan) — extendable to spouse, children, and stepchildren — monthly fee of R$15.00 per person * Life insurance; * Optional transportation allowance; * Or fuel allowance (R$300 for motorcycles and R$400 for cars), with no payroll deduction; * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) — amount defined by the labor union; Grupo SA is a company with over 26 years of operation in Brazil, founded in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, aiming to provide solutions in display equipment and steel structures.
