We are looking for a professional to support pedagogical and organizational activities in the classroom, collaborating with teachers in implementing daily school routines and monitoring students, thereby contributing to a welcoming, safe, and well-organized learning environment. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing and organizing the classroom, including arranging desks, teaching materials, and pedagogical equipment. * Provide individual or group support to students during activities, as directed by the lead teacher. * Assist in distributing, organizing, and collecting school supplies and pedagogical resources. * Support hands-on, playful, and interactive activities, promoting student engagement and holistic development. * Supervise students during breaks, hygiene routines, arrival, departure, and internal movement, ensuring their safety. * Collaborate in conflict mediation and fostering harmonious coexistence, with empathy and respect for diversity. * Accompany students on field trips, school events, and other extracurricular activities. * Assist in organizing pedagogical meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and school community events. * Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development, contributing suggestions and enhancing professional practice. * Maintain an ethical, collaborative, and supportive attitude when interacting with students, families, teachers, and other members of the school community. * Keep files and documentation up to date for organizational purposes and compliance with LGPD; * Perform other duties relevant to the area, as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program or a technical course in Education or related fields.
