We are seeking a committed, responsible, and team-oriented Recruitment and Selection Analyst to work in the manufacturing of our metal products. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various company areas (operational, administrative, technical, and managerial). * Publish job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews (individual and group). * Support managers in defining job profiles and requirements. * Utilize candidate assessment tools and methodologies. * Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process. * Keep recruitment tracking tools updated (ATS, spreadsheets, and reports). * Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction efforts. * Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment and selection practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience with recruitment and selection routines, resume screening, and interview facilitation. * Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy, Kenoby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, empathy, organization, and interpersonal ease.
