We are looking for a **Junior Accounting Analyst** to work at an accounting firm, performing accounting analyses, reconciliations, and closings, contributing to information quality and excellence in client service. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Classify and reconcile accounting accounts; Execute accounting entries and system integrations; Perform accounting closings for companies under the Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes; Support the preparation of trial balances and calculation of IRPJ and CSLL taxes; Analyze accounting processes, validate account balances, and control fixed assets; Serve clients by clarifying doubts and providing guidance related to accounting matters; Interact with other departments to verify and integrate information; Support the preparation of management reports and participate in accounting closing meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; Knowledge of accounting legislation and processes; Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree in Accounting; Experience working at an accounting firm; Familiarity with the Questor software; Experience with companies under the Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes. **Work Location:** Hybrid, Pedro Leopoldo - MG, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Residence in Pedro Leopoldo - MG or nearby cities is required.
