Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer and representative support, order registration and verification, and customer registration. Key Highlights: 1. Customer and representative support and assistance 2. Order registration and verification in the system 3. Customer registration and updates * Answer customer and representative phone calls; * Provide order status information upon request; * Register orders in the system when necessary; * Register new customers in the system when necessary; * Verify all sales orders for price, delivery time, and discount; * Fulfill requests from immediate supervisors within the scope of assigned duties.
