We offer high-quality products and services to meet the needs of the industrial sector. **Responsibilities:** Prospect and develop new industrial-sector (B2B) customers through telephone contact, digital tools, social media, and proactive research. Act consultatively in product presentation, demonstration, and sales, highlighting differentiators, applications, and benefits according to customer needs. Respond to quotation requests, prepare commercial proposals in the system, and conduct active follow-up until deal closure. Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, discounts, and terms, adhering to company guidelines. Maintain and develop relationships with both active and inactive customers, promoting reactivation and loyalty initiatives. Provide technical-commercial support to customers, clarifying questions about products, delivery timelines, commercial policies, and delivery terms. Conduct in-person visits to customers, when necessary, to strengthen relationships and close deals. Serve as strategic support to the commercial department, ensuring operational continuity and portfolio coverage. Comply with internal rules and procedures, including safety guidelines and proper use of PPE.
