At MCA, we work collaboratively and everyone supports each other. **Your main responsibilities will be**: * Conduct evaluation and approval of preliminary risk analysis and permits; * Supervise multidisciplinary construction works (mechanical, electrical, and civil); * Provide technical responsibility for installations, ensuring high quality in all activities; * Ensure the safety and health of workers; * Supervise compliance with all procedures, standards, and installation processes. **For this position, we expect you to have**: * Education: Technical degree in Building Construction and/or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction site supervision within civil construction activities; * Desirable knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS).
