Facilitate general patient access, providing prison escort when necessary to ensure proper routing to the scheduled department. Control vehicle access by recording required information on forms, ensuring authorized personnel gain entry and are directed to their desired locations. Issue keys and open doors, completing specific forms to guarantee key control. Monitor entry and exit of equipment per departmental protocol to prevent institutional asset loss. Activate and deactivate external monitoring alarms using individual passwords to ensure detection of potential intrusion attempts. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education.
