They directly support construction phases by preparing the worksite, transporting materials, and performing auxiliary tasks to ensure efficient and safe project progress. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and organize the worksite according to technical team instructions. * Assist masons in masonry, concrete pouring, plastering, bricklaying, flooring, and other tasks. * Transport, load, and mix construction materials (sand, cement, gravel, mortar, tools, etc.). * Perform continuous site cleaning, removing debris and maintaining a safe and organized environment. * Prepare concrete or mortar mixtures following technical team instructions and specified proportions. * Assist with shoring, reinforcement, scaffolding assembly, and other structures (always under supervision). * Ensure the proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support general construction activities as needed and per leadership guidance. **Requirements** * Basic education (preferred). * Prior experience in this role is considered an advantage. * Physical condition suitable for tasks involving physical effort and handling of loads. * Commitment, discipline, organizational skills, and effective communication with the team.
