Job Summary: The professional will carry out recruitment, selection, onboarding, time tracking, benefits management, and support endomarketing initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Manage benefits and organize uniforms * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, either from 08:00 to 18:00 or from 07:00 to 17:00 * Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher: R$25.73 + Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance + Wellhub (formerly Gympass) + Education Incentive * Responsibilities: Execute tasks related to recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes; Monitor employees during their probationary period; Manage and verify electronic time tracking; Administer benefits such as meal, transportation, and related allowances; Collaborate with the IT team to oversee installations and updates on employees' computers and laptops; Manage control and organization of company uniforms; Support the planning and execution of endomarketing initiatives; Perform other duties pertinent to the role.
