These positions are open to broad competition and available across various company units, such as: NTO Vespasiano, NTA Anatomy (BH), and Toxicology BHTec (BH). **Main Responsibilities:** Perform support activities for the department’s workflow, prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth operations; Fractionate biological material in accordance with internal standards and regulations; Maintain cleanliness and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on area equipment; Perform minor equipment adjustments, including part replacement, calibration, and reprogramming; Monitor maintenance activities and record inspections; Prioritize tests distributed by the Sample Distribution Center according to chain-of-custody indicators (date and time) or color-coded urgency/emergency labels. Monitor temperatures of production equipment: refrigerators, freezers, and cold rooms. Clean and maintain area equipment, recording all actions on designated forms. Inspect biological material and verify its compatibility and condition; Register sample intake, generate worklists, and Alternative Procedures (AP) for unsuitable samples; Triage samples by test type; Identify need for recollection; Assign numerical identification to samples and slides, where applicable; Retrieve biological materials from cold rooms upon request from related departments, using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for contaminant and extreme cold exposure; Position samples correctly within designated equipment compartments; Verify machine operation via system interface, identifying and resolving process failures; Load biological samples—mostly capped—into the machine; Visually inspect samples pre-analytically sorted and separated by the equipment for re-inspection; Scan samples using barcode readers to determine their destination; Submit technical service requests when equipment halts or malfunctions, and monitor resolution. **We seek candidates who:** Are currently enrolled in or have completed a Technical Course in Clinical Analyses or Pathology. Possess basic computer skills.
