Monitor material and input availability **Job Description:** Responsible for supporting the execution of the master production plan, ensuring all necessary elements for smooth implementation of the monthly plan are in place Generate daily adjustment schedules, correcting sequences according to possible incidents that may occur Conduct daily meetings with production departments to align D+1 and D+2 schedules Monitor sanitation progress, ensuring scheduling complies with deadlines established by the Quality department Optimize sanitation and preventive maintenance scheduling to reduce line downtime Generate production orders for potential tests by R&D and Quality departments Schedule and monitor export demands to ensure compliance with established delivery dates Monitor availability of materials and inputs required to meet production campaigns Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs. Implement best practices for inventory management and material flow Prepare and present production performance reports, analyzing key efficiency indicators and on-time delivery metrics (allocation disruption, inventory quality, adherence to production plan). Conduct capacity analysis and propose adjustments as needed Analyze daily statistics including billing, cuts, inventories, production, productivity, and others, aiming to gather information and data to support decision-making. Participate in internal and external audits, providing information and clarifying auditors' questions to prevent non-conformities from being issued against the area, as well as staying informed about required corrections to adopted procedures. Prepare ITs and PGIs as needed to standardize activities performed within the department.
