




Job Summary: We are seeking an SDR to qualify leads, ensuring consultative and humanized service to potential patients, with a focus on dental implants and oral rehabilitation for the 50+ demographic. We are looking for an SDR to qualify our leads, ensuring that potential patients receive consultative, humanized, and efficient service from their very first contact. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers; * Present the company and our products/services; * Qualify leads according to patient profile and needs; * Schedule meetings/evaluations between qualified leads and evaluating dentists; * Maintain ongoing contact with leads, providing relevant information about our services and the dental field, educating them about the benefits and advantages of our clinic; * Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of lead generation and conversion strategies; * Record all interactions in the Kommo CRM, leveraging sales automation tools to optimize the process; * Provide feedback on campaigns and qualification processes, contributing to continuous improvement of commercial results; * Ensure humanized, empathetic, and ethical service in all interactions. **Requirements** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ethical, empathetic profile with strong interpersonal skills; * Organizational skills and discipline in tracking leads and customers; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments; * Ambitious profile, goal-oriented and results-driven; * Proficiency with CRM systems; * Ability to interact sensitively and respectfully with the 50+ demographic.
