Creation and execution of digital campaigns and engaging content DIGITAL MARKETING AND PERFORMANCE ASSISTANT We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented professional to work in digital marketing, brand positioning, lead generation, and commercial growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Management and growth of Instagram and other digital channels * Creation of editorial calendars * Planning and execution of digital campaigns * Writing persuasive copy for ads, posts, WhatsApp messages, and campaigns * Development of the brand’s digital positioning * Production and monitoring of engagement-focused content * Creation and editing of short videos (Reels) * Paid traffic management (Meta Ads and Google Ads) * Lead generation and tracking * CRM and sales funnel management * Use of RD Station * Landing page creation * Marketing and relationship automation * Support in digital prospecting strategies * WhatsApp Business management and relationship campaigns * Development of digital catalogs and commercial materials * Graphic design for campaigns and social media * Use of Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity and performance * Monitoring of campaign metrics, KPIs, and conversions REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of Instagram and digital marketing * Experience in content creation and copywriting * Knowledge of RD Station * Knowledge of CRM and sales funnels * Basic/intermediate knowledge of paid traffic * Experience with graphic and video creation tools * Proficiency with AI tools * Strong written communication skills * Organized, proactive profile with a growth mindset * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and agilely PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with marketing automation * Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads * Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools * Knowledge of conversion and performance strategies * Experience in industrial, retail, or food service companies * Familiarity with metrics such as CPL, CTR, CAC, and conversion JOB DETAILS Salary: R$ 2.600,00 BENEFITS * Meal allowance: R$ 630.00 * Food basket * Birthday day off * Life insurance * Dental plan * Bonus for achieving sales targets Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30 1-hour lunch break Work location: On-site We seek someone energetic, fast-paced, creative, and results-driven.
