Contribute to students' ethical and humanized professional development **Position Summary:** A professional responsible for delivering theoretical and practical classes to students enrolled in the Technical Nursing program, ensuring accurate delivery of course content, guiding laboratory and clinical practice activities, evaluating student performance, and contributing to their technical, ethical, and humanized professional development. Works in alignment with the pedagogical coordination team, adhering to educational protocols and COREN regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes according to the institution's pedagogical plan. * Prepare teaching materials and resources for classes. * Monitor student progress by administering assessments and assignments. * Guide students during laboratory and/or clinical practice sessions. * Ensure compliance with nursing technical standards and safety protocols. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and alignment sessions with the coordination team. * Maintain attendance and performance records for students. * Contribute to students' ethical, technical, and humanized professional development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Nursing**. * Prior experience in classroom instruction or health-related training is desirable. * Strong communication and teaching skills. * Commitment, punctuality, and an educator-oriented mindset. * Availability to teach during morning hours. **Desirable Competencies:** * Proactivity and initiative; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to engage effectively with diverse student profiles; * Knowledge of programming languages or graphic design (a plus). **Location:** Ribeirão das Neves, MG Employment Type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: Starting from R$23.10 per hour Work Location: On-site
