Fleming 900, Bairro Ouro Preto SALARY: Starting at R$ 1\.738, progressing to R$ 1\.900 Meal Allowance: R$ 20/day Medical assistance \+ dental plan \+ life insurance Kitchen sales bonus up to 0.3% of kitchen sales commission Waste rate bonus Customer satisfaction survey bonus of R$ 300 per month for store consumption Birthday day off bonus Cervejaria Charada \- Fleming Unit is seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Assistant to join our team and contribute to the excellence of our dishes and services. **Main responsibilities** * Prepare and assemble dishes following established standards and procedures; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Comply with internal policies and assigned goals. **Requirements** * **Required:** Completed elementary education; * **Preferred:** Experience preparing food in bars or restaurants (no formal experience required). **Desired skills** * Organization and time management; * Assertive communication and teamwork; * Problem-solving and emotional intelligence. **Work schedule** * Tuesday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. * Saturday: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM * Sunday: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. * Fixed day off once per week and one Sunday per month.
