Job Summary: Act as a Technical Responsible Pharmacist and Store Leader, implementing loyalty programs, ensuring sanitary regulations compliance and service excellence, and managing teams. Excellence in Customer Service * TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE PHARMACIST Work at a renowned pharmacy located in the Jardim da Glória neighborhood of Vespasiano. **Responsibilities:** Technical Responsible – Store Leader: Implement the MeuPharmaClub loyalty program; comply with health surveillance regulations; ensure excellence in customer service; verify medical prescriptions; administer injectables; measure blood pressure; manage teams including commercial targets and scheduling; lead the store; monitor team development. **Requirements:** Prior experience in this role; completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; active registration with the Pharmacy Council; experience in team management; knowledge of commercial performance indicators.
