Job Summary: A customer service professional responsible for registering sales, processing payments, issuing fiscal documents, and maintaining counter organization. Key Highlights: 1. Counter organization and direct customer contact We need a Cashier Operator to handle in-counter orders, register sales, process payments (cash, card, etc.), issue invoices/receipts, provide change, perform cash drawer opening/closing, and, crucially, deliver excellent customer service—keeping the area organized and handling inquiries and orders received via WhatsApp, completing purchases, and serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the establishment (by phone and in person).
