Your role will involve participating in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies. Key responsibilities include: inspecting premises, facilities, and equipment to identify accident hazards; updating the accident-free days counter; guiding and coordinating the occupational safety system by investigating hazards, accident causes, and preventive measures; proposing standards and improvements for equipment and facilities; inspecting fire-fighting equipment in accordance with NR 23; preparing irregularity reports; investigating accidents and proposing corrective actions; conducting onboarding and ongoing education training; recording non-conformities and incidents; updating and verifying spreadsheets for periodic medical examinations, storage cabinets, and vaccines; training staff on safety regulations, fire-fighting procedures, and accident prevention; distributing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required; supervising the collection of infectious waste and chemical waste; performing monthly monitoring of X-ray dosimeters; carrying out the annual CIPA process in compliance with NR 05; developing a sharps injury prevention plan in accordance with NR 32; maintaining machinery and equipment; performing other duties compatible with the role; ensuring workplace safety and environmental protection ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school and a completed technical course. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of TOTVS.
