We value teamwork and commitment. **Your responsibilities:** * Support in food production and ingredient preparation (fish and vegetable cutting), following technical specifications. * Organize Mise en Place to ensure service efficiency. * Clean and sanitize the kitchen, label ingredients, and store and handle food items in general. * Assist the chef in dish and production ingredient preparation. **What we are looking for:** * Proactive, organized, and committed profile. * Prior kitchen experience, preferably in POKE or healthy cuisine. * Experience in food production. **WORK HOURS:** 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch and dinner break; rotating shift schedule (12 hours on, 36 hours off). **What we offer:** Salary: R$ 1\.920,00\.
