Job Summary: The professional will support corporate IT governance by analyzing contracts, organizing documentation, acting as a liaison with technology vendors, and controlling internal processes—with emphasis on compliance and information security. Focus on information security and documentary compliance Expected Key Attributes: * Analytical and meticulous profile * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Ability to track and control requests * Collaborative profile with cross-functional interface capabilities * Commercial mindset and negotiation skills (desirable) Main Responsibilities: * Support activities related to corporate IT governance * Conduct preliminary contract analysis prior to referral to Legal * Support documentary controls and contract organization * Act as a liaison between the company and technology vendors * Monitor vendor deliveries and services * Support requests related to Information Security * Assist in controlling and monitoring internal processes * Ensure documentation organization and compliance Requirements: * Knowledge of governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 38500 — Intermediate * Prior experience in IT governance, IT risk management, IT auditing, or compliance — Intermediate * Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks using methodologies such as ISO 31000 and NIST — Intermediate * Understanding of laws and regulations affecting IT governance, including LGPD and GDPR — Intermediate * Knowledge of information security standards and practices, such as ISO/IEC 27001, plus general knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity — Intermediate * Experience in information systems auditing, with ability to evaluate internal controls and identify improvement areas — Intermediate * Proficiency in tools and platforms for compliance monitoring and risk management — Intermediate * Experience in developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans — Intermediate * Desired: Prior experience with Base B — Compensation: R$7.453,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
