This role requires structuring and monitoring planning, tracking strategic indicators, developing controls and qualified decision-support tools, promoting management discipline, process standardization, and applied business intelligence. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, structure, and consolidate the budgetary plan—including budget, forecast, and periodic revisions—ensuring alignment with corporate goals. * Monitor and control revenues, costs, margins, and inventory—as well as other relevant business indicators—to ensure financial sustainability. * Map, review, and optimize internal processes, promoting continuous improvement and implementation of effective controls. * Develop and monitor strategic and operational KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability for critical analysis. * Prepare detailed reports, critical analyses, and executive presentations to support decision-making by leaders and stakeholders. * Identify potential performance deviations and proactively propose corrective action plans. * Coordinate routine performance tracking, conducting monthly meetings, generating reports and dashboards for alignment and transparent management. * Lead automation and digitalization initiatives for controls, promoting advanced use of technological tools for greater efficiency. * Manage business schedules and priorities, responding to market demands and structural projects within the area. * Serve as a tactical interface between operational, administrative, technical, and strategic areas, facilitating integration and alignment. * Develop analytical and strategic thinking focused on improving customer satisfaction and generating sustainable value. * Provide analytical support during commercial negotiations, underpinning strategic decisions with reliable data. * Promote and support initiatives that encourage business growth and innovation, aligned with the motto "Dare to Think New!". * Conduct in-depth analyses of customer segmentation and purchasing behavior to identify opportunities. * Understand key financial KPIs and their impact on business results, contributing to improved performance. * Lead and coordinate special projects as needed, ensuring delivery and result quality. * Fulfill environmental, health, safety, and quality responsibilities in accordance with the Integrated Management System Policy and related documents. ### **Required Competencies and Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in this field. * Driver’s license desirable for occasional travel. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related fields desirable. * Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, dashboards, and automations. * Advanced Power BI knowledge, including data modeling, DAX, and executive dashboard creation. * CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP system experience desirable. * Advanced English desirable. * Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret complex data to transform information into applied intelligence. * Results-oriented business acumen and ability to collaborate across multiple departments. * Clear communication and ability to build productive relationships in multifunctional environments. * Autonomy, organization, and proactivity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability to drive continuous improvement. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
