What You Will Deliver: The Kitchen Assistant provides high-quality service aimed at fulfilling the company’s mission of generating value for people, delivering to customers/suppliers: appropriate product/service, agility, courtesy, efficiency, and effectiveness in service; Responsibilities: * Report to superiors and account for performance of duties; * Assist in food preparation (chopping, shredding, packaging ingredients) and display food in refrigerated counters; * Assist in preparing sauces and broths; * Store doughs in refrigerated areas, in accordance with food safety standards; * Assemble dishes according to customer requests and menu specifications; * Maintain the display case clean, organized, and fully stocked according to standard product mix; * Transport food, utensils, and materials; * Assist in monitoring food temperatures using thermometers and record readings on temperature logs per SOPs; * Maintain the workplace clean, organized, and sanitized, using approved products as specified in SOPs; * Assist in verifying food expiration dates and sensory attributes (color, odor, texture, appearance, and taste); * Label and package food (store); * Wash, store, and organize used materials, equipment, and utensils; * Assist in waste control; We Are Looking for Candidates With: * Minimum: Completed Elementary Education * Preferred: Completed High School Education Technical Skills * Culinary Techniques; * Food Preservation; * Knowledge of kitchen utensils and household appliances; * Food Safety and Occupational Safety; * Visa, Procon, IPEM. Where Will You Work? Savegnago Supermarket – Ribeirão Preto – SP Our Work Schedule: Rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule, including weekends and holidays. Schedule: 1:40 PM to 10:50 PM.
