Agile, welcoming, and solution-oriented customer service **Customer Relationship Analyst** A **wedding decoration company** is seeking an organized, welcoming, and customer-service-oriented individual to support customers throughout their journey—from contract signing to the big day. **Your Responsibilities** * Support customers in post-sales; * Conduct onboarding and guide customers through all project stages; * Organize contracts, documents, and registrations; * Record information and track changes throughout the entire journey; * Prepare meetings and support the team with all project-related information; * Respond to customers via WhatsApp, phone, and e-mail, ensuring agile, welcoming, and solution-oriented service. **We Are Looking For Someone With** * Completed high school (college degree in progress or completed is preferred); * Experience in customer service, relationship management, Customer Success, post-sales, or administrative tasks; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office, and management systems; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Meal allowance of **R$ 300.00**; * Quarterly bonus of **R$ 300.00 to R$ 500.00**, based on performance; * Working hours from Monday to Friday, **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**; * On-site work in the **Caiçaras neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG**.
