Collect toll fees, ensuring the authenticity of banknotes in an efficient and rapid manner, using manual or automatic systems according to the payment type (cash, credit/debit card, or electronic systems such as tags); Correctly provide change, issue receipts or toll payment confirmations to drivers, perform cash withdrawals according to established procedures; Perform the 'queue management' activity whenever requested by your supervisor, facilitating traffic flow through advance toll collection; Provide assistance to customers on the lanes when necessary; Ensure high-quality user service, handle complaints in a courteous and respectful manner; Safeguard the integrity of machines and equipment in your area; Strictly follow current operational procedures, maintaining safety standards, service levels, execution time, and process quality as defined in provided documents and manuals; Always use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and remain attentive to vehicle traffic to prevent accidents and congestion; Contribute to the effective operation of the toll plaza by performing signaling tasks using appropriate devices, as well as proactive lane reversals. Understand your responsibilities under the Integrated Management System (IMS) regarding quality, environmental aspects and impacts, work-related hazards and risks, adherence to IMS policies, and emergency response plans; Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions to address deviations from the Integrated Management System (IMS); Participate in mandatory training programs offered by the company. * Requirements: High school diploma completed Reside in Sete Lagoas - MG Desirable: Knowledge of signaling and radio communication; Skills: Handling cash and logical reasoning. Computer Skills: Familiarity with Office suite and internet use desirable.
