




Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Technical knowledge of civil construction materials, structural systems, and finishes. Strategic negotiation skills and critical cost analysis ability. Knowledge of ERP (Sienge) and advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Power BI), Prevision. Ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills and systemic vision. Teamwork orientation. What awaits you in your day-to-day responsibilities: * Define procurement strategies (table purchases, spot purchases, auctions, packages, or other modalities according to supplier market needs and/or demand). * Participate in defining technical specifications together with Engineering, Procurement, and Budgeting teams. * Conduct market studies to identify new suppliers and alternative materials. * Receive and analyze material, service, and equipment requisitions. * Prepare and issue RFI/RFQ/RFP documents for supplier quotations. * Lead commercial and contractual negotiations (delivery timelines, pricing, payment terms, guarantees). * Issue purchase orders (POs) in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements. * Ensure on-time delivery aligned with the construction schedule. * Monitor KPIs such as: Savings achieved vs. budget, procurement lead time, on-time delivery rate and delivery quality, and percentage of emergency purchases. * Populate management reports and procurement dashboards. * Register, qualify, and evaluate suppliers (quality, delivery timeliness, performance history). * Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers. * Conduct technical visits and audits at supplier facilities. * Resolve conflicts (damaged deliveries, invoice discrepancies, etc.). * Interact with Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Legal departments. * Participate in construction planning meetings to align requirements and schedules. * Support field teams in material substitution and technical alignment. * Seek suppliers adhering to ESG practices and offering sustainable materials. * Evaluate innovative solutions that reduce waste and increase productivity. * Implement responsible and traceable procurement practices. 2512200202551593492
