Responsibilities include supervising teams performing maintenance and operation of energized electrical networks, ensuring implementation of quality and safety procedures, and delivering training on best practices and technical standards. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. **Qualifications:** Experience in team supervision and coordination of activities in the electrical sector. Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance practices is essential to monitor and ensure compliance with standards. **Communication and Training:** Communication skills A technical or higher education degree in related fields, specific certifications for live-line work, and prior experience in the electrical energy sector will be considered advantageous.
