SAFETY ANALYST

Description

* Ensure the safety and physical integrity of unit employees by promoting safe working conditions and guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations; * Control and manage the inventory of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring adequate availability for all employees; * Conduct inspections of operations and routes to verify proper use of uniforms and PPE by teams; * Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate occupational risks in administrative and operational activities; * Build close relationships with operational teams, customers, and partners to identify opportunities for improvement and risk prevention; * Coordinate safety campaigns and programs, including SIPAT, DDS, and awareness initiatives; * Develop, monitor, and update legal documents and safety programs such as PPRA/PGR and other mandatory controls; * Organize and oversee CIPA-related processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements; * Deliver safety training and guidance to employees, third-party contractors, and leadership; * Investigate, monitor, and report work-related accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Issue CAT (Work Accident Communication) whenever necessary; * Monitor safety indicators and targets, contributing to operational results and corporate excellence programs; * Safeguard company assets, including vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and company and client procedures; * Perform related tasks as directed by immediate leadership; * Demonstrate ethical, proactive conduct aligned with organizational values, maintaining personal and professional behavior appropriate to the role. ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
