Job Summary: The Operational Assistant I will be responsible for positioning, activating, loading, and tarping railcars, as well as assisting with industrial cleaning and organization. We value respect for everyone, therefore candidates receive positive or negative feedback at each stage. **Responsibilities:** The **Operational Assistant I** will be responsible for: * Positioning railcars; * Activating conveyor belts; * Loading railcars via chute by operating the control panel; * Tarping railcars and closing railcar hatches; * Assisting with industrial cleaning and organizing the warehouse and offices. **Contract Terms:** * 12-hour shift schedule (12 hours on, 36 hours off); * Day shift: 07:00 to 19:00; * Employment type and work schedule: Permanent position under CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Full-time; * Fixed-term contract; * Professional area: Industrial Cleaning. **Requirements:** * Basic education (completed); * Prior experience in industrial cleaning, tarping, and loading railcars is desirable; * Must be at least 18 years old; * Preferably residing in São José da Lapa; * Must own a personal vehicle or live near the job site.
