**Fleet Specialist / Manager** **Work Location:** Sete Lagoas/MG **Availability for Travel:** Mandatory (with frequent travel, primarily to RJ) ### **Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor fleet operations, ensuring vehicle availability, performance, and reduction of operational costs; * Monitor KPIs related to maintenance, tires, fuel consumption, and fleet performance; * Plan and oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Control fuel consumption, identifying opportunities for optimization and waste reduction; * Manage suppliers and service providers related to fleet maintenance and operations; * Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic legislation, and internal company policies; * Conduct operational audits and follow up on action plans for continuous improvement; * Support operational units on fleet management topics; * Prepare managerial reports and present performance indicators to leadership; * Strategically contribute to improving logistical and operational processes. ### **Requirements** * Solid experience in fleet management; * Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, tires, and fuel control; * Experience with operational KPIs and cost management; * Full availability for travel; * Proven technical expertise in the field; * Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Ambev operations; * Experience in large-scale logistics operations; * Knowledge of tracking and telematics systems. ### **Competencies** * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Leadership and decision-making skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and results orientation; * Problem-solving capability. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
