We seek organized, communicative professionals with a strong academic vision to enhance the pedagogical experience at the learning center. **Position Objective** Support the pedagogical coordination team to ensure effective academic operations, student support, and alignment of pedagogical practices with institutional guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and support pedagogical and academic routines at the learning center. * Provide student support and guidance. * Initiate and track service requests with the institution. * Monitor academic indicators and generate progress reports. * Support coordination in maintaining relationships with faculty and support staff. * Organize schedules, meetings, and pedagogical training sessions. * Propose improvements to internal processes and the student experience. * Assist in document control and administrative workflows. **Competencies and Skills** * Clear communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Organization and time management * Analytical ability and commitment to continuous improvement * Proactivity and autonomy * Proficiency with digital tools and systems **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related fields * Prior experience in pedagogical or academic administrative routines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in higher education and/or distance learning (EAD) * Experience with pedagogical indicators and reporting **Benefits** * CLT employment contract * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Totalpass * Mediquo * 20% tuition discount at Anhanguera * Day Off Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
