Perform cleaning of all company environments and facilities, aiming to organize areas of visitor and employee circulation. **Activities** * Clean employee workstations, including computers and telephones, using appropriate products to avoid damaging equipment; * Sweep, collect trash, clean furniture, utensils, windows, and walls of rooms and other company facilities, using proper materials to provide a clean and pleasant environment; * Clean meeting rooms to maintain an organized environment for receiving internal and external clients; * Clean restrooms and restock hygiene supplies, using suitable products and safety equipment, as well as complete cleaning control sheets, aiming to maintain optimal usage conditions; * Collect waste and sort it according to selective collection criteria, placing it into the respective containers; * Prepare and serve coffee and snacks for staff and visitors, including during meetings, following established schedules, and clean and tidy the pantry whenever necessary; * Maintain inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies, checking levels and minimum quantities to prevent shortages from affecting normal operations, and request replenishment from the responsible party when needed; * Assist in organizing internal events when necessary; * Perform tasks according to leadership instructions and service priorities, complying with organizational rules and procedures with quality and safety; * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under responsibility, maintaining confidentiality regarding company-related matters; * Know, apply, promote, and suggest practices and standards focused on workplace safety and environmental preservation, contributing to eliminating situations that could pose risks of accidents or environmental degradation; * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tools, assets, and consumable materials assigned, requesting maintenance, repairs, and replacements from competent departments whenever necessary; * Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of waste generated during activities into appropriate containers and designated areas, preserving occupational health and environmental standards; * Support leadership on matters related to the area of operation, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted; * Perform activities according to established operational technical standards, following company policies and aspects of quality, workplace safety, environmental preservation, and sustainability, while using PPE and uniforms to help eliminate situations that could pose risks of accidents, environmental degradation, and affect product quality; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the area of operation; * Comply with internal and external laws and regulations, observing company Compliance rules, Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as Information Security and Confidentiality policies; * Perform other related duties as determined by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Complete Elementary Education Handling of cleaning materials and equipment Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1,500.00 - R$1,600.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Cleaning (Required)
